ILTA is the premier peer networking organization,
providing information to members to maximize the value
of technology in the support of the legal profession.
ILTA
divides its membership into 12 regions and currently has
over 4,000 member participants worldwide.
National Center
for State Courts
The mission of NCSC is to improve the administration
of justice through leadership and service to state
courts, and courts around the world. Through original
research, consulting services, publications, and
national educational programs, NCSC offers solutions
that enhance court operations with the latest
technology; collects and interprets the latest data on
court operations nationwide; and provides information on
proven "best practices" for improving court operations.
NCSC disseminates information to state court leaders
on key national policy issues, and helps advocate their
policies with Congress as well as supporting several
prestigious national organizations.
ABA E-Lawyering - Lawyers Serving Society Through
Technology
Over two years ago, the ABA created a Presidential
Task Force on Innovative Ways to deliver legal services
over the Internet. The outcome was the e-lawyering
website sponsored by the eLawyering Committee of the
American Bar Association Law Practice Management
Section. Here, you will find background information on
the eLawyering initiative and concepts that lie at the
heart of the transformation of the legal practice.
