This event will be totally
funded by vendor donations
and will be free to all
members of the Mississippi Bar.
Cost for Vendor
Participation
Contributions are essential to the
success of this event since attendance and lunch will be free
and the Mississippi Bar Association expects approximately 200
lawyers to pre-register. At the request of the vendors who
assisted in New Orleans, there will not be a separate exhibit
hall but instead, we will provide a foyer area immediately
outside the CLE room to set up tabletop displays.
Given that
layout, we are soliciting two levels of sponsorship:
$1000 for
a Consultants Pass which includes admission to the event where
you can mix with the attendees and speakers as well as be listed
as a sponsor.
$2500 for a table top display in the foyer
(limited to eight tables) with 3 attendance passes included.
If you would like to simply donate
to the event without being in attendance, we welcome any level
of donation, including software for our attendees. We will
recognize you on our website and the conference materials as
well as any press coverage we may get.

Because this event is a non-profit event, all donations
are tax deductible. All funds contributed by vendors will be
used to support the event.
