Andrew Z. Adkins, III Andrew Z. Adkins III

Andrew Z. Adkins, III is a nationally recognized expert in legal technology and the Director of the Legal Technology Institute at the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law as well as Director, International Center for Automated Information Research He is the author of "Computerized Case Management Systems: Choosing and Implementing the Right Software for You," published by the ABA and the Legal Tech News Columnist for Law Office Computing Magazine. He is also the co-author of "The Y2K Resource Handbook and Planning Guide for Lawyers." He frequently writes and publishes articles in several legal periodicals and newsletters and is a frequent lecturer on topics of law firm technology. Mr. Adkins is the Chair of the ABA TechShow 2001 Planning Committee.

Craig Ball is an attorney and consultant nationally recognized both as a legal technologist and for his trial work on behalf of injured parties.  Toby Brown Toby Brown of the Utah Bar

Toby Brown is the E-Discovery Marketing Manager at Fulbright & Jaworski in Houston TX. Prior to joining Fulbright, Toby served as the Communications Director for the Utah State Bar. In his tenure with the Bar, he also served as the CLE, Access to Justice and Programs Director. Toby is also the President of Roberts Brown LLC. Roberts Brown provides strategic technology and marketing consulting services. In this role, Toby serves as a shared CIO for the Massachusetts Bar, the New Hampshire Bar and the Rhode Island Bar. Finally, Toby serves as the volunteer CIO for the Museum of Utah Art and History. Toby has presented nationally on a great variety of legal-technology related subjects. He serves on many technology and standards committees and previously worked as a law firm administrator.

Scott M. Giordano, Esq., MBA, MS Scott M. Giordano

Mr. Giordano spent nearly eight years at the LexisNexis corporation (a division of publisher Reed-Elsevier) as a consultant and instructor. There he taught principles of electronic research to law students and advised private attorneys, corporate counsel, judges and a variety of law enforcement agencies and corporate security teams on open-source intelligence (OSI). He was the founder and team leader of the Nexis Government Technology Task Force, responsible for technology consulting both to internal and external customers. He joined the newly-formed LexisNexis Risk Solutions Group in March of 2001 as a Risk Management Consultant. In that capacity he was responsible for consulting on the company's products and processes that assist in conducting due diligence, Internet surveillance and economic crime management. He has taught, as an adjunct professor, The Law of the Internet, The Law of Electronic Commerce and Electronic Evidence & Discovery at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and Legal Concepts of Criminal Fraud and Corporate Criminal Liability at Utica College in New York. Mr. Giordano is a Business and Legal Strategy Consultant practicing law in Los Angeles.

Stuart Hubbard

Stuart W. Hubbard has twenty-five years of experience in the legal industry as a consultant, writer, and educator. He is the co-founder of Lawyers Advocate, Inc., a consulting firm and continuing legal education provider based in Denver, Colorado that advises private law firms and corporate legal departments on all aspects of law office automation, management, and economics. He counts many of the AmLaw 100 among his clients and he has provided expert testimony on e-discovery issues in both state and federal courts. Stuart was an undergraduate at the University of Delaware, and completed an MA degree and all course work toward a PhD in communications and rhetoric at the University of Kansas. He has also pursued additional graduate work in computer science at North Carolina State University, and in business at the University of Colorado. He has served on the Board of the Denver Paralegal Institute and has been active in the Law Practice Management Section of the American Bar Association. He is widely published on topics related to the application of technology to law practice, and has presented papers at annual meetings of the National Court Reporters Association, at various regional and national technology conferences for legal professionals, and at hundreds of accredited Continuing Legal Education programs acroos the counrty. He has published three books on the technology industry, including "Technology and Law Practice." He is currently the Firm-Wide E-Discovery Director for Schiff Hardin LLP, a national law firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.

Larry Johnson Larry Johnson

Attorney Larry Johnson is President of Legal Technology Group, Inc., a company composed of lawyer technologists providing expert litigation support services to trial lawyers and digital data audit and risk management services for corporate counsel. He is also a shareholder in E-Discovery Law Group, LLC, a law firm that conducts electronic discovery for law firms as associated co-counsel. Prior to forming LTG, Larry was Director of Electronic Discovery Services for Fios, Inc., the e-discovery company located in Portland, Oregon and, before that, a consultant to Seattle-based Computer Forensics, Inc., advising businesses on electronic data security and law firms on devising strategies for the discovery and use of electronic evidence.

Ross Kodner Ross Kodner

Atty. Ross Kodner is the President and founder of MicroLaw, Inc., a 20+ year old Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based legal technology consultancy and turnkey legal automation system provider. He is a 1986 graduate of Marquette University Law School where he was a member of the Law Review and both a St. Thomas More Scholar and Milwaukee Lawyer Scholar.
