Andrew Z. Adkins, III is a nationally recognized
expert in legal technology and the Director of the
Legal Technology Institute at the University of Florida
Fredric G. Levin College of Law as well as Director,
International Center for Automated Information Research
He is the author of "Computerized Case Management
Systems: Choosing and Implementing the Right Software

Columnist for Law Office Computing Magazine. He is also

Craig Ball is an attorney and consultant nationally
recognized both as a legal technologist and for his
trial work on behalf of injured parties. He frequently
publishes and speaks about ethics, tort law, technology,
trial advocacy techniques, computer forensics and the

Toby Brown is the E-Discovery Marketing Manager at
Fulbright & Jaworski in Houston TX. Prior to joining
Fulbright, Toby served as the Communications Director
for the Utah State Bar. In his tenure with the Bar, he
also served as the CLE, Access to Justice and Programs
Director. Toby is also the President of Roberts
Brown LLC. Roberts Brown provides strategic technology
and marketing consulting services. In this role, Toby
serves as a shared CIO for the
Massachusetts Bar, the

Mr. Giordano spent nearly eight years at the
LexisNexis corporation (a division of publisher
Reed-Elsevier) as a consultant and instructor. There he
taught principles of electronic research to law students
and advised private attorneys, corporate counsel, judges
and a variety of law enforcement agencies and corporate
security teams on open-source intelligence (OSI). He was
the founder and team leader of the Nexis Government
Technology Task Force, responsible for technology
consulting both to internal and external customers. He
joined the newly-formed LexisNexis Risk Solutions Group
in March of 2001 as a Risk Management Consultant. In
that capacity he was responsible for consulting on the
company's products and processes that assist in
conducting due diligence, Internet surveillance and
economic crime management. He has taught, as an adjunct
professor, The Law of the Internet, The Law of
Electronic Commerce and Electronic Evidence & Discovery
at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and Legal Concepts
of Criminal Fraud and Corporate Criminal Liability at
Utica College in New York. Mr. Giordano is a Business
and Legal Strategy Consultant practicing law in Los

Stuart W. Hubbard has twenty-five years of experience
in the legal industry as a consultant, writer, and
educator. He is the co-founder of Lawyers Advocate,
Inc., a consulting firm and continuing legal education
provider based in Denver, Colorado that advises private
law firms and corporate legal departments on all aspects
of law office automation, management, and economics. He
counts many of the AmLaw 100 among his clients and he
has provided expert testimony on e-discovery issues in
both state and federal courts. Stuart was an
undergraduate at the University of Delaware, and
completed an MA degree and all course work toward a PhD

Attorney Larry Johnson is President of
Legal Technology Group, Inc., a company
composed of lawyer technologists providing expert
